CALLIGRAPHY

 

L P N began his professional career

in art & design as a calligrapher.

 

His earlier enthusiasm for poetry

led him to a desire to enhance

poems he loved by others, as well as his own.

And so, as well as learning the ancient craft,

initially from his father, and in continuing education classes

and with esteemed Boston calligrapher Colleen,

he eventually mastered several classic styles,

going on to learn several in Hebrew as well,

with a dabbling in oriental characters too....

 

He received and executed many commissions

for special certificates, diplomas and personalized art,

especially in the Boston area,

eventually going on to design many custom invitations

using Hebrew as well as English....

 

Teacher of Calligraphy

Navon taught many adult education classes

as well as high school students in the noble craft,

as well as private one-on-one sessions.
